As someone who currently holds the role described in the original review, I want to set the record straight: that post is simply not based in fact. The reviewer implies they are working in a position I actively hold today, which immediately calls into question the authenticity of their claims. There are numerous inaccuracies, exaggerations, and unsubstantiated personal attacks throughout the post – none of which align with my actual experience in this role or within Integrity360 over the last 5 years. It would make you question why anyone would go to such lengths to try to damage an organisation that they clearly do not work for!! While no company is perfect, Integrity360 has provided a professional, supportive and energetic environment in my time here. We work with many organisations who would be seen as industry leaders in Ireland as well as many international clients. We have real opportunities for growth as demonstrated by a 4x growth over the last 4 years and importantly we are part of a dynamic team that is continuously improving. The leadership team and senior managers, operate with transparency and integrity — and at no point has anyone been asked or instructed to fabricate reviews. I encourage those reading reviews like the one above to take them with caution and context. Genuine feedback is valuable, but posts that include personal vendettas, rumors, or falsehoods do a disservice to people considering opportunities here.
