Decent management, decent team building activities with employees of Integro consulting AB

Completely below the market average salaries, very bad paid vacation off structure where you do not get any advanced leave when you join the company and have to use unpaid leaves for the first year, not a lot of good assignments are available, poor networking opportunities, not transparent in terms of salary setting for new hires, opportunities to shift assignments are also poor

Great support from HR, managers and colleagues. The company is always promoting activities so the employees can get closer to each other, share experiences and make new friends. As many of us work on assignments outside Integro office, this is very meaningful. Also, the company have a open door policy, which makes you much more comfortable about any topic.
