      Great coworkers. Many great minds to work with. Great Pay and Benefits.

      Cons

      Internal power struggle of some sort. SOME upper management has no idea what they are doing. Requests for help never acknowledged. Interlocation communication was horrendous. Uppermanagement used company hours to handle personal business. Extremely high turnover

      Strong healthy organization in a diverse set of markets. Great development and advancement opportunities. Challenging and engaging work. Family like, fun atmosphere.

      None - if you are engaged and work to improve the Intek experience you will be welcomed and challenged. If you just want a paycheck you will not do well.
