      The base salaries are higher than industry average. Nice office and overall culture.

      Cons

      Directors are inexperienced buddies of the VPs. No managers but plenty of directors with little academic or cultural diversity. 0 onboarding or direction. Employees are set up to fail. Insurance is bad and employees need to pay a portion.
