Worst company ever - SEO Specialist Intelecorp Software Employee Review

No pros to discuss about the company

Management is very poor. No scope for growth.

No work pressure, there isn't any more pros to say about this company

No job security, suddenly one fine day they will call you and ask to resign. You will feel like you are in a school, with so much of restrictions, they will not even allow you to speak to your colleagues, and also they can even change your places if they found you talking to your colleagues (last time that happened to me when i was in junior KG) Mobile phones are not allowed. In time is 10:10 am if you cross that like if you reach by 10:11 am the whole day salary will be deducted (can you imagine what kind of rule is this?) even if you wait after working hours late night they will not consider that. There are employees here who wait till 9-10 pm working , still they don't consider that. You don't get any festival holidays here. And if you want you literally have to beg for it. The HR there is pathetic she makes her own rules, not helpful at all. I was bit positive about this company before the HR joined, but after that it became more worse there were already so much of restrictions, she imposed some more.
