- This was a great company that cared for the people and provided a 'family' atmosphere when Eric was the CEO - Mostly good people - Team work between non-management employees - Most have the privacy of their own office - Centrally located in Plano - Building management appreciates tenets with yearly Cinco de Mayo catered lunch
Cons
- Old technology - No advancement - No reviews or raises for entire length of employment (over 3 years) - Long hours with no additional compensation - No training - HR doesn't do much to help employees - VERY POOR management and not professional - If you are not in the click with the CEO & his friends in management, your days are numbered - CEO promotes friends who do not have the experience to senior management - CEO (Shreck) is a self-absorbed, pompous idiot that does not respect or appreciate the employees - CTO (Dennis) has temper tantrums in the halls when things go wrong
