Management is awful. Upper management is worse. No heads up for layoffs. Typical company with corporate mentality and complete disconnect from employees. Lack of understanding when it comes to what employees actually do. Unattainable goals, aggressive sell sell sell environment. Pay is terrible, and uncompetitive to the market.
