      Work culture is good and if you are in client location it depends on the client so mostly everyone will be in client location, but considering intelizign work culture is good

      Cons

      Salaries are not upto the present job market salaries very low for mechanical engineering, but they pay better salaries for software employees, better stay for 1 to 2 years and then shift company.

      lack of systematic approach in admin department, Not approachable and able to resolve issue, I never got my PF refunded after lots of follow ups.
