When you feel like finding positivity, the arrogant leadership does something that stops you. So, don't be hopeful here.

The attitude of the leadership is toxic. These horrible people try to control everyone, and their terrible attitude makes employees feel worthless. You will get no freedom here, just stress. Beware!
