Pros
The people. That's about it. Most of my co-workers we actual human beings and treating one another as such. One big exception...the CEO. She will treat you like garbage. The flip flop of her emotions dictated how the week would be. This made way for a very toxic work environment. There is a screw loose for sure.
Cons
The place was just plain terrible. You don't "work" there, you are owned and treated like a piece of company property. Expect late phone calls and hundreds of after hours text messages. There will be zero work/life balance. Asking for a day off is taken as a personal insult and you will be punished for it. I've never seen such an unprofessional demeanor out of a CEO in my entire career. Shenanigans I tell you!
