      - I didn't see anything positive or anything to be excited about in the half a year I was there

      Cons

      - Horrible Equipment - Horrible Processes: Have fun when the code you committed yesterday is overwritten by someone in India while you sleep. There are absolutely zero checks and balances when it comes to their development process. - Claim to be a 'global' company but that is only when it comes to their client base. They have no idea how to collaborate globally.

      Values design and user experience, giving me the platform to work on a wide range of products. I had a chance to be involved in every stage of the design process.

      Inherited legacy apps of multinational bank technology

      1. Has deteriorated over last 6-8 years due to mismanagement. 2. Focused only on marketing with zero attention on operations or innovation. 3. Total lack of vision from top mgmt - Misplaced emphasis on design lab with no concrete / realistic plan to implement any product strategy other than throwing tech / buzz words to impress potential customers. 4. Product strategy relies on retaining innovative mindset (as against service oriented ), which was not maintained over the years resulting into losing key business clients.
