Employees raising legitimate concerns around FAR violations, including myself, faced aggressive intimidation, isolation, and retaliatory termination tactics. The message from leadership was clear: ethics are expendable, whistleblowers disposable. 3. Compliance Theater Management invested heavily in superficial compliance efforts—performative gestures designed solely to satisfy regulators and maintain optics. Internally, however, compliance officers and reporting systems were weaponized to identify and neutralize employees attempting genuine reform. 4.
