Pros

-Like a startup, lots of opportunities to take ownership of processes and make an impact, make direct improvements -Management is open to suggestions, usually has best interests in mind for workers and company -Great company culture of teamwork and commitment to each other - some of the best people I've worked with in sales and on the project management side. -Big variety in clients and industries, can feel like a management consulting role which demands expert navigation of clients -Lots of flexibility in setting schedule as long as numbers are hit.

Cons

-Decision making can sometimes go on for too long -Being in PST and the actual dev teams being in Eastern Europe, you have to be up early and be ready to coordinate with the teams there throughout your entire morning - could be seen as a con or a pro -Company is going through a transitional phase and there are certain aspects of business operations that are currently being refined - estimations, project management, sales ops -Pay for certain roles is under market

Pros

- Intellectsoft has a few offices in the FiDi WeWork location. There's free coffee, fruit-infused water, and freebies (redundant?) every day. - There's a strong Eastern European culture but that's a good thing for me because I like people who don't beat around the bush and would rather have them teach me directly. - Learning and experimentation encouraged. The marketing team is willing to try new things as long as its well thought out. - Down-to-earth people with interests in and out of tech. Makes for good conversation when everyone hangs out after hours. - Reasonable work from home policy. - Rub elbows with directors and C-levels (plenty who don't even live in NY) so you really get to know the people who started the company and are passionate about their product.

Cons

- Time difference between Eastern European development centers and U.S. offices takes a bit of getting used to. The earlier you start your day, the better the communication flow. - Not crazy about the logo
