Cons
too many cookies in the kitchen - kidding. I'd say because this is such a trusting environment, you have to be self driven and motivated. This isn't necessarily a negative by any means, but because of the environment and other factors, this is not the sort of work place where people want to micro manage you and your work. If you cannot stay organized, and take initiative, you will not reap the best benefits that this company has to offer. If you're looking for an extremely structured, 9-5 job where you hope to abstain from any responsibility, creativity or accountability, than this environment may prove challenging for you.
