As for documentation, we do have a robust and actively maintained knowledge base to support our team. While no system is perfect, it's constantly being improved based on feedback. We recognize that workloads can be heavy at times, but our lean team structure allows us to stay agile and responsive. We’re committed to supporting our employees and continuously improving our processes, tools, and product. We appreciate feedback and take it seriously — even when we don’t agree with every point.
