Pros

Supportive Environment: One of the standout aspects of my internship was the supportive and collaborative environment. From day one, I was assigned a mentor who provided guidance, answered my questions, and helped me navigate any difficulties I may face. The entire team was approachable and always willing to lend a helping hand. Hands-On Learning: The internship wasn't just about observing; I had the opportunity to work on real projects that had a meaningful impact on the company's products. This hands-on experience was invaluable and accelerated my growth as a software engineer. Work-Life Balance: IntelliTect prioritizes work-life balance, which is often overlooked in the tech industry. I appreciated the flexibility and the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life equilibrium.

Cons

It's genuinely challenging to come up with any significant cons for my internship experience.

Pros

You get to work along side of, and get mentored, by some of the smartest people in the industry. There are a lot of projects that you can contract for, with a variety of stacks, This was incredibly useful to get a wide array of knowledge and skills in full stack development. Great team and community with lots of team building events.

Cons

They are a contracting company, so sometimes you can get moved to new projects with little heads up.
