Excellent leadership and a motivated team make Intellibonds a fantastic firm from which to advance a career. Support is available when needed and I am encouraged to develop professionally at every turn. A culture of mutual respect and aligned goals means that staff are given the creative freedom to deliver to the best of their ability. For me, this means having my technical decisions and insights respected by teammates who may not have specific experience in data science. The results of said culture speak for themselves and during my short time at intellibonds our expansion has been rapid and always with a view to scalability and sustainable growth. I have no doubt that the future is bright for what is already an exciting team to be a part of.

The only con that comes to mind is not having been able to work from Level39, the buzzing London tech hub from which we are based, for the duration of COVID!
