Good colleagues, product line is moderate to work with, work timings and not much to say on the Pros.
Cons
Need to improve a lot. Management vision to be fine tuned. Lack in focused approached, employee friendly is decreasing day by day, recruiting methodology to be improved selecting rite candidate who will be for longer period in the company, appraisals are not done based on individual performannce, trusting of employee, spending cost for unnecessary things and cutting costs on mandate things and more.....
