Pros
Working for the IntelligenceBank North American sales team has been the best experience. The team is lean, but everyone works well together and we are truly a family unit. We all encourage and support one another and even though the company is small, everyone is in your court to get deals across the line. I've never felt so much support as a sales representative from my entire organization, but that is one of the IB values "Be Great Together" and we truly do work as a cohesive team. There are a lot of growth opportunities in a smaller organization. The leadership team expects a lot out of you and there are challenges, but the reward of working with great leadership and great team members makes it not feel like "work".
Cons
As an international company, you will always have the gaps between time difference, but we do get a lot of support from other members by keeping regular meetings company wide. When things need to get done quickly, there is an occasional lag in communication which can be frustrating. There are a lot of companies that sell DAM software in the US, so the market can be tough here. Our product team works diligently to ensure our product roadmap is full of features that can ensure we don't lose deals on things we can add to our feature list. Although we lose some, the future can only get better with how much is on our roadmap.
