Pros
In my short experience I found the CEO very friendly and helpful. One of our employee is providing support for 8 months from home due to an accident. A few employer will do for the employee what our CEO did, if there was any other CEO, he would have left the employee on his own fate. Whenever he needs to take a decision he always consult with us.
Cons
Company is growing so it would be good if we have a separate place for lunch.
