Pros
The pros are that they will hire you if you just graduated and make calls as part of the interview process. They offer a pretty flexible work environment and is relaxed.
Cons
Metrics are the only thing they care about. Commission's are extremely low, and not the typical industry standard. They make it seem like if you work hard you can make a ton of money there but that isn't the truth since they have a terrible reputation and the commission is horrific. Owners can really get on you and talk down to you. Since most of the people they hire are young the owners will often try to intimidate and call meetings and generally act unprofessional. Overall there is not much good about this place other than the fact that you can get your start there.
