Business Outlook
Pros
Working on projects that enhance the business readiness and success for other companies is self-rewarding and a great career with IDSI.
Cons
Working remotely from the company headquarters has a sense of being detached from the daily goings-on and company social events, but the company still keeps in touch with the remote worker very well.
Management interaction - No visibility at all
Pay raises - It's never ever ever ever going to happen. Even though cost of living allowances were built into the contract nothing was ever passed onto the employee.
Information flow - Information about contracts has never been passed to the employee.
