Pros
You know what you are going to get day in and day out. There are no surprises. Everyone within the company is very friendly and always willing to help. Work load is very manageable. Occasionally someone will bring snacks to share for all the employees
Cons
It may get boring after a while. No windows upstairs can be daunting at times. Take plenty of breaks, walk around and get your blood flowing.
