Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking time to submit the review. We are glad to know that you spent good time interacting with your supervisors. We take serious efforts in making sure we do proper evaluation of industry standards while fixing pay slabs for various roles and designations. We are sorry we were not able to meet your expectation. And we will work towards doing better the next time we happen to work with you.

Pros

if you're good enough, you'll get to own the projects you work on

Cons

They are not very clear with their policies. there's a chance you may get cheated of your own salary. They advertise about a hundred services on their website but only provide like four or five. They don't follow any best practices anywhere (pm, coding, etc), since their main objective is not growth but making money. 2 months notice period is pointless. Your tasks & responsibilities are only rushed toward the end of your np (in the last one week only). They don't give any salary to employees on notice period. So no salary in that 2 months np. Also, after leaving their company they take 2 months to credit your salary. So 4 full months or more with no salary. Their attitude shifts once an employee resigns. They start treating them like dirt. They over-burden one developer with a lot of projects. They assign you one project then they ask you put that on hold and work on another project and so on, till you have like 5-6 projects. and when that employee decide to quit, all hell breaks loose.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking time to submit the review. We would like to respond each of your concern ; however, should you have further concerns, please do feel free to reach out to us. We do follow a 2 months notice period for teams who own projects (which we think you have highlighted as a positive aspect of ours). The notice period is to ensure that we find your replacement in adequate time period and a proper knowledge transfer can happen. Again, this 2-months notice period is not for everyone ; only for teams who own projects. For junior to mid level associates, it varies between 30-days to 45-days. We have also observed that the rush towards the end of the notice period happens in cases when the employee buys out from the set notice period. It is natural to experience some rush in the knowledge transfer pricess if the timeframe is reduced than normal. Regarding company policies, we expect our employees to adhere to the set policies which is handed over to them through a policy document and is also clearly explained at the first day of the joining. It is surprising to learn that you managed to work with us for more than 2 years without having any ambiguity only to find faults in it now while you decided to quit. We are also sure that you must have been appraised at-least twice in this period - a right time to have all of your queries clarified. Regarding practices, we do follow industry's best coding and framework standards. For the full and final settlement, as you may be well aware of the fact that we are abided by the strict laws of the land. We are a registered company and therefore it is not possible to withhold wages for the days one has worked with us. As it is one's right to receive wage for the days worked with any institution, it is also our moral duty to oblige to the law. We would request you to refrain from spreading false narratives to justify your wrong-doings. We expect our team members to commit to the core values and the objectives we stand for regardless of their employment status. And hence, regardless of whether an employee is on notice period or working permanent with us merely changes our behaviour towards him/her. We treat our employees the way we expect them to treat our customers. Regarding workload, it appears you have exaggerated again. As you may already be aware after working for more than 2 years, that a project is only assigned to a developer if there's a skill match between what the project demands vs. the skill of the developer. And only if the developer has bandwidth to accommodate a project. We do agree that it may have happened that a developer has had to attend to a second project only if the project has demanded the developer's attention. But the chances are very few.
