      No positive thing for me to review so far.

      Cons

      Boss is a very fengshui person and have bad COD and mood swing. Need to see his mood then can speak to him. Ask the staff to download time in / out app on phone and ask people to clock in and out like primary school kids. Salary too low.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment for all workers.

      Cons

      Very disorganise, no process flow has been followed. People do what every way they want to finish their job no review process. No appreciation or reward for good performer if you are not close to the managers.
