A colleague recently had a very poor exit experience with this company. Incentives that were clearly part of their CTC and even confirmed during their tenure were later denied during the Full & Final settlement. Despite sharing documented proof and following up for over 45–50 days, there was no proper resolution. The responses from HR were inconsistent, and the situation kept changing without clear justification. The F&F process was also delayed beyond standard timelines, adding to the frustration. Overall, the main concern is the lack of transparency and accountability when it comes to compensation commitments.
