Pros

I worked here as a Software Developer, and honestly? It was a great learning experience Oracle Cloud solutions. From day one, I wasn’t just stuck with theory, I got thrown into real projects, working on finance modules, supply chain (SCM), procurement, and reporting tools. If you want hands-on Oracle experience, this is a solid place to get it. My honest review: Learned from the pros – The team had seriously experienced Oracle folks, and they were open to sharing knowledge. Beyond ERP, I got exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Fusion Apps, and DB solutions, big plus if you’re looking to skill up. Client-driven work – Decisions come from the top, but that keeps projects aligned with what clients actually need. No "busy work" here. Fast-paced (but real) – Yeah, sometimes you’ll put in extra hours—welcome to consulting! But you learn fast, and the pressure teaches you how to deliver. Flexible (maybe too flexible?) – Policies shift based on client needs, which keeps things dynamic (though sometimes you’ll get last-minute updates). Oracle Partner perks – Early access to updates, certifications, and training, helpful if you want to stay ahead in the Oracle ecosystem.

Pros

You learn what red flags look like.

Cons

Office space is inadequate and poorly maintained. Leadership — particularly at the top — lacks basic people management skills. The CEO is disconnected from ground reality and the Chief of Staff makes day-to-day life unnecessarily stressful. No employee benefits worth mentioning. Policies exist only in name — there's no real adherence or accountability. Most critically, the company delays or conditions FNF settlements and relieving letters, which is both unethical and legally questionable. Advice to Management: Sort out your exit process. Withholding FNF and documents is not a retention strategy — it's a legal liability.
