      Pros

      The employees are wonderful, and management genuinely cares about staff. At times, however, the emphasis on feedback and prize-based recognition feels excessive and could be better directed toward product improvements. The company makes extensive use of tools to track feedback, employee satisfaction, and goal achievement. Overall, the technology is polished, and the client list is strong.

      Cons

      Overemphasis on employee perks can feel superficial, especially given frustrations with the technology. Client satisfaction suffers — the product is not intuitive and lacks critical features customers want (e.g., credit cards, coupons, vouchers). Senior management tends to micromanage, which hurts morale and retention. Very difficult to sell complex or enterprise-grade deals, making it challenging for sales teams to close $100K+ opportunities.
