Work from home policy is reasonably flexible. Experienced colleagues. Massive potential.

Family-owned and run, therefore: Lacks opportunities for growth. Interference. Favouritism. Lack of objective and diverse input from employees. No benefits. No clearly communicated Mission and Vision. Lack of Strategy.

The company is in a very good space financially allowing it's IT division to take on new and interesting projects. You still have your day to day maintenance but the opportunity to learn something new and be challenged is readily available.

Not the biggest company in the world to work for and therefor budget sometimes become quite the restraint, but maybe not the worst as it makes you think about what you doing and finding a best solution in the shortest space.
