Management, don't pay voices, bad payment, horrible office

Thank you for your taking the time to raise your concerns. I understand we have not been successful at making your time at our company worthwhile for which I am sincerely sorry.
We have a strong compensation plan with above industry pay and secondary benefits. These include a self development budget, a rewarding bonus plan, in office snacks, we facilitate working from home and provide unlimited holiday entitlement amongst others. All this while we also try to make sure there is a good work-life balance. As such I feel we offer above industry pay.
Due to our extreme levels of growth we've had some issues scaling our accounts payable infrastructure in the past which resulted in some payments suffering delays. However this has been adequately resolved and has been a thing of the past for a long time. During the last 12 months we have actually paid our talents on average 7 days faster than contractually agreed.
We do not write fake reviews. I am certain Glassdoor has a good methodology in place to prevent fake reviews from being published. We value Glassdoor and take all negative feedback on board to improve as a company. However I am confident your review does not reflect the majority of people working with and at our company. On our Netherlands website you will find almost 300 positive reviews which are checked to be authentic by an independent company: 96% would recommend us.
If you sort our Glassdoor reviews by date you will see lots of positive reviews over the last year and we are actively encouraging people to review us. So hopefully this reflects that the positive changes you were hoping for have been implemented.
Recently worked a huge project for Inter Voice Over for a major technology company. Was paid very well and was paid on time (45 days after project is completed). Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff at Inter Voice Over are professionals through-and-through. There is constant communication going on between the account managers, clients, and the voice-over talent. This a HUGE plus! Projects are high-quality and exciting. Most everyone I've ever worked with come off as friendly and open.
Cons
The work can sometimes seem sporadic, but when a job comes through it's handled quickly and with a great deal of care.
