- Staff that has been there a long time are awesome to work with!
- Good Health Benefits and PTO/sick time policies
Cons
- Upper management turnover is high
- Underpaid for expected work load
- Uncertainty on where the company is headed, no long term planning for org/lack of transparency
- Unwilling to replace staff that's left org, so responsibilities are absorbed by staff that stays
- Staff complaints are rarely addressed, lots of lip service
- Good work is done toward mission in some ways, but essential services to address low income needs are not being prioritized.
- You have to set your own hard line boundaries with management to avoid being underpaid and overworked
