Turn Away... RUN!!! - Assistant Manager InterMark Management Employee Review

Managers micro manage, criticize constantly on things you did "wrong" in their books and apologize in front of residents for the amount of time you took because you were being thorough on legal documents (yet when asked for help they were unwilling to assist, did training on my day "off" and when I spoke in regards to being paid I was told that I should have had the training done?! (Hourly employee) poor experience with this company. I couldn't have had a bigger smile on my face knowing I was never going to come back.
