      Pros

      Easy going culture and generally flexible with remote working

      Cons

      Was laid off unexpectedly after they seem to have over-hired which was a huge disappointment. Leadership instability made it a challenge to focus on executing real meaningful work as I had 3 manager changes in 3 months.

      None so far. The concept makes sense, if only they could put it into action.

      Cons

      There are many technical requirements which the check once you are booked for your first assignment, computer speed, internet speed, keyboard size, CPU, ethernet cable, headphones ect. I have yet to make any purchases because I was worried I wouldn't get enough work to make the investment worth it. In the welcome webinar I asked the presenter to clarify if Interactio was a full time job and NOT a SIDE HUSTLE. She assured me that it was a full time job, especially since my language(Spanish) is in high demand. It has been almost a month since I was hired, and I have not received any assignments. I sent a message asking for updates a week ago and have not heard back. Do not waste your time.

      Pros

      Work life balance. Focus on results and outcomes rather hours. Amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Company strategy changing regularly. Need to be able to keep up with constant 180 shifts.
