Pros

- Clients like Brigade, TimesNow, Godrej and Republic TV. - The junior staff is humble.

Cons

- Salaries are not paid on time here. They have serious monetary issues, although they deny it when asked by new-joinees. It always feel like they are living on an month-to-month basis. - Most of the ex-staff are not paid full dues, and sometimes not let go even after notice period. - The pay gap is huge between software developers and "so-called" tech/team-leads. - The employees are seen as labourers who can clock in hours of work to bill the client. - Typical body-shopping joint. No-one will allow/ask you to take a break here willingly. - When the company wants to let go of staff, they are let go with 1 day notice without honouring any form of notice period or severance.

Pros

* Some bright people are there in the junior staff

Cons

* No work-life balance at this company. Senior management expects their employees to work more than 10 hours a day and even on weekends. * They never pay salaries on time and sometimes salaries can get delayed for more than a month. * The senior management doesn't treat their employees professionally and always blame juniors for their own mistakes. * No proper project planning while kickstarting a project. * There is a huge pay gap between developers and tech-leads/managers. * Very bad policies around employee exit. Ex-employees never get paid of their due amount.
