Pros

Lots of bonuses for working hard as well as great atmosphere to work in where several parties to bring each other closer were setup.

Cons

It's a start up business so they lack in some of the benefits and HR resources, but the company is growing and so are the opportunities and enhancements.

Pros

One of the most fun, inspiring, and purposeful places to work. Every single day we are working to help help students grow, and to improve the lives of teachers and administrators. There is tons of room for growth, and ideas are regularly accepted and implemented. Great place to work.

Cons

Accelerated growth makes it a demanding and fast-paced environment that is conducive to burn out if you're not careful.

Pros

Best reasons to work here: people, culture, vision, mission, a sense of purpose, recognition, ongoing education opportunities, invests in leadership training and consulting for management staff and C-level executives, potential for growth, very open to employees transferring between departments to find their greatest strengths, transparent with employees, strong communication between teams and top down

Cons

Although not a con, the company is currently growing from a small, local business to medium-sized, potentially-global organization. Management is constantly working to recruit top-notch talent that fits the culture and believes in the mission. Benefits and salary are not the strongest for this region, but the culture, purpose, and work/life balance make up for it.
