Pros

There is nothing positive about working here. All you would do is just affirm to the MD to whatever she says. Experienced employees are hired first and then looked as threat.

Cons

Small working space which would leave you claustrophobic. Cannot work freely and independently. Learning gets limited as you spend more time. HR is always roaming from one office(two flats, so called offices) with no or limited care about the employees. Confined space leads to a verbal chaos resulting in headache. Salary cut on late arrival. There is no leader in the company, just a BOSS (mean it). No SOPs as such, just follow the instructions given to you or get chucked out without any notice. Regular lay offs are common, nobody feels secure. Get hired and fired, no second chance. Don't fall for the positive reviews posted on glassdoor, they spend a day on ORM for making the company positive. No system for performance review and appraisals, only sycophants get the undeserved. Unhygienic washrooms(thought to mention it),although separate for the owner. Do what MD says or you are no good for the company.

Pros

My internship in digital marketing was a game-changer. I gained hands-on experience in areas like SEO, content creation, and social media management. The best part was the responsibility I was given early on, which allowed me to see the real impact of my work. Thanks to strong mentorship and support, I grew both professionally and personally, and my passion for marketing only deepened. I'm excited to have transitioned into a full-time Marketing Associate role, where I can continue learning and contributing to the team.

Cons

It was wonderful working here, No cons
