      Pros

      Less stressful than Pierce or King County. East to get vacations.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Not enough sick time, if you get sick from the homeless population on your bus and use all your sick time, it takes forever to build it back up.

      Shifts can be difficult to find a balance. A lot of change and growing right now which needs open-mindedness. That some senior employees have difficulty with.
