Work with some great people

I work everyday of the week

It feels good to work for a company that is trying to change the way the world does business. I'm not sure if they are doing it effectively, but they are trying. Ray Anderson is inspirational. The products are interesting and fun to sell. There was a great community when I worked there. People truly cared for one another. It made going to work and producing good work a pleasure. When I was there, I really wanted to work as hard as I could for them. They are open to experimenting with different ways to help support and develop employees. When I was there I felt valued.

There are some people who do not believe in the vision of the company and that is disappointing. Senior management decisions often seem to be arbitrary. Some of the senior management seem to be out for themselves most of the time. The pay is not great. The politics are often frustrating and slow down your ability to work quickly and well. The sales people are treated like gods and many don't seem to realize it takes everyone to make a company run successfully. Not just sales. Situations in Human Resources are often handles poorly. It can be a bit of a good ole boy company at times.
