- Fast paced growing start-up company - Extremely collaborative - The best cross functional communication I've ever experience in a company - Great culture that fosters individual growth across every level, from entry level positions to senior management - Easy to have a voice regardless of position - Executives are 100% approachable and go out of their way to get to know each employee
Cons
- If you aren't comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting work done regardless of your position level (Exec, VP, Manager, etc.), then this is not the place for you.
