      Pros

      Interfolio is an exciting place to work. There's a lot of growth, and opportunity on the horizon. The people are incredibly motivated and talented; and the work could truly change higher ed.

      Cons

      Growing pains can be hard for any company, but management really does care about culture and people.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
