Amazing team who get it done and support each other. Cross functional teams getting stronger alignment which is helping. Great clients who truly value the product. Exciting opportunities coming out of Covid as Higher Ed continues to invest in digital transformation. The company is making real impact
Cons
Starting to scale as a bigger company which requires process and systems (but also buy in from the teams around these things, which is not always there). Product breadth makes for complexity in positioning as well as implementations in some cases.
