      - Career growth and support. - Generally good managers.

      Cons

      - Now owned by Elsevier. - Simple processes are now cumbersome (such as submitting expenses) due to Elsevier internal processes. - Elsevier upper management is incapable of making decisions and sticking with them.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
