      Pros

      Overall Interfor is an incredible company. It presents many opportunities for advancement, and $20/hr to start out is nothing to scoff at. The benefits are great, and the management listen to quickly correct concerns.

      Cons

      The worklife balance however, is non-existent. If you don't mind living at your job, this is the place to do it. You'll often end up working 11 to 12 hours graveyard.

      Pros

      All of the team members here make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone jokes around and works together. They make you feel like family.
