      - Friendly work environment. - Decent pay. - Easy to take time off when needed.

      Cons

      - Shared work space means lots of distractions and little privacy. - Very little collaboration with other designers. - Conservative work mentality. - Sick leave is either taken out of Vacation or unpaid. - Huge hike in health insurance cost to cover spouse/children.

      Pros

      Culture. Family. A company that cares about the outcomes of all involved. A place where you can feel comfortable and enjoy the process therein.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's too enjoyable to be there.

      Pros

      A lot of free swag. The people there are really nice. "Family culture"

      Cons

      Stress levels were always really high. Outdated systems, created a lot of manual work. The management team was not willing to adapt and the same old system is still in place.
