Cons
Very quick pace. There are a lot of clients, and they are demanding. IDA wants to keep them very happy, which can lead to stressful (and sometimes long) days for us. Management trys to help when this happens so that we don't have late nights, but sometimes we have them anyway. I guess that's the nature of the beast in this line of work.
