Toxic Environment with Poor Leadership and Lack of Work Ethics - Senior UX Designer Interior Logic Group Employee Review

I would not recommend working at this company. The environment is extremely toxic, with constant micromanagement from people who have no relevant expertise. It's frustrating to have every decision second-guessed by individuals who don’t understand the work. There's also a severe lack of work ethics—management seems to prioritize control over productivity, leading to a demotivating atmosphere. The work environment here is chaotic and unprofessional. One of the biggest issues is that random individuals, who have no expertise or qualifications, are allowed to take up roles and make decisions on their own. This creates confusion, mismanagement, and constant interference in tasks they don’t understand. It's baffling how the CEO do absolutely nothing to prevent this. There’s no accountability or structure, which makes it impossible to get work done efficiently There’s no clear structure, and leadership is ineffective at best, which only adds to the overall chaos. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, learn, and thrive, this is definitely not it.
