Pros

The company was pretty awesome at first (around 2018) They have coffee and snacks…. They sometimes give gift cards…to places that no longer exist

Cons

This company pushes for change (a lot), but never wants to actually make any changes You are expected to spend a lot of time writing goals that don’t go anywhere Customer over Employee They pride themselves on their “core values” that I have yet to see them implement Very stagnant No raises (the pay is horrible to begin with, the insurance is ridiculously expensive) No bonuses No growth opportunities Toxic and stressful environment Everyone that is still there is miserable and it shows…a lot You really don’t matter unless you are in the AZ office or a customer You don’t get any training You don’t get any help with anything They hire people with no experience to do jobs that really require someone who is licensed/experienced When employees leave, they just distribute their work to other employees who are already overworked They let you work from home and make your own schedule..only to hold it over your head and it’s a constant issue making it very stressful Constant pressure to get things done yesterday with no support from management The departments don’t communicate, no one ever knows what’s going on or who does what The UT and AZ locations don’t really communicate either The install managers are also very rude to their installers…not very “diverse “ in my opinion There is no receptionist/admin to help with phone calls, ordering supplies etc. So this all falls on other employees There are 3 partners and I really don’t think they even know what they are doing This company is a mess, honestly, all around.

Pros

most of the general employees are kind and respectful comfortable desk and office chairs

Cons

awful management any of the higher-ups are comeplete phonies. they act like they know a lot but you can tell they don't very snakey coordination between managers and supervisors, horrible in-office culture in some departments. You'll work 40+ hours a week, get told not to do OT but make sure you get the stuff done. Results in unpaid OT. While other departments do nothing and leave aerly. Horrible communication between AZ and NM. Horrible inter-office communication as well. Management is trying to save the company but they're the wrong people for the job.
