Pros

Compensation appears above market for similar roles. Opportunity to work with high-profile clients.

Cons

Do not believe the decent rating that currently exists. Please look at the most recent reviews. Extremely toxic work environment driven by erratic, top-down leadership. The CEO is deeply involved in every detail, but often unavailable to make timely decisions—resulting in major delays, confusion, and unnecessary stress. Micromanagement is paired with a lack of trust and constant gaslighting. Constructive feedback is not welcomed, and employees are routinely undermined in front of clients. No organizational chart, no job descriptions, and zero onboarding or process infrastructure. Despite having worked at a senior level previously, responsibilities were entry-level with no opportunity to demonstrate strategic thinking or past experience. Communication with clients and access to budgets was restricted, rendering the role unrecognizable compared to what was promised. Overwhelming workload (often 8am to 10pm+) due to lack of support and efficient systems. Multiple employees resigned during my short tenure, yet leadership remains unwilling to self-reflect or adapt. While compensation appeared above market for similar roles, benefits were lackluster and expensive.

Pros

In early 2025, Interluxe Group was acquired by North & Warren, which soon after also acquired Quinn Communications. With these additions, the company now brings together three core capabilities to serve the luxury brand market: Lifestyle Media, Experiential, and Strategic Communications. This positions the organization for incredible growth and success. Bringing together three distinct founder-led companies into one cohesive operation with a unified culture is no small feat. However, I truly believe the leadership team is composed of good people who are committed to doing meaningful work while treating employees well. Change is never easy, and the original Interluxe Group team has historically been through a great deal. Still, I’m confident that with patience and continued effort, we will all help build something we can be proud of—a workplace where people feel good about showing up every day.

Cons

As I mentioned, bringing three distinct cultures together is challenging, and this is a time of significant change for the entire organization. That can be difficult for many, and rebuilding trust is very much a work in progress—especially for legacy Interluxe Group employees. That said, I do believe the leadership is genuinely committed to earning back that trust and creating a great place to work for everyone.
