Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are not what they once were, but are decent. The employees from mid management down are good people and can do great things. You are not micromanaged and can contribute in tangible ways. It is still a valuable learning experience. ERP system is robust.
Cons
Upper management is pretty clueless. Execs were brought in from the CEO's former company whether they really had something to offer or not. Despite their experience in outsourcing, surprisingly, don't know what they are doing. Top heavy; More VP's than General Motors. Outsourcing hasn't delivered as promised and may not any time soon.
