The hours are very long

Very entrepreneurial culture. Small teams with energetic colleagues and good work ethic. Relatively flat organization where all opinions / voices are valued. Numerous opportunities to take initiative and be a contributor to growth.

Certain areas will have growing pains, can be resource constrained as we expand.
